We are delighted to share that the students of the IT and AI-ML departments attended a seminar on “Driverless Future: Deep Learning’s Path to Autonomous Mobility” on 23rd February 2026.

GUEST LECTURE – UNDERSTANDING AIML & CARRER IN AIML
The Department of IT & AI-ML organized a Guest Lecture on “Understanding AI-ML & Career in AI-ML” on 7th March 2026 at the Seminar Hall. The session was delivered by Mrs. Divya A., Senior Software Engineer, Tekion India Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. She introduced the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, real-world applications, industry trends, career opportunities, and the skills required for success in the AI-ML domain. The interactive session inspired students to enhance their technical knowledge and prepare for emerging careers in AI and intelligent systems.

Workshop on – The usage of “AI&ML, and the usage of Al” in the realworld situations & about the important of python
The Departments of IT and AI-ML organized a workshop on 9th March 2026, with enthusiastic participation from students. The session was conducted by Mr. Nirmal S. and Mr. Dinesh, who shared practical insights into AI, Machine Learning, Python, and its libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib. They also demonstrated chatbot development, explained ML and Deep Learning concepts, and discussed career opportunities in AI and Prompt Engineering. The interactive workshop inspired students to explore AI as a career and enhanced their technical knowledge.

Workshop on – The important of Algorithm and their major role in the data preprocessing
The students of the IT and AI-ML Departments attended an insightful workshop on 10th March 2026. The session was conducted by Dr. B. Ezhilavan and Mr. Nirmal, who explained the importance of algorithms, data preprocessing, AI sensors, and algorithms such as KNN, K-Means, and A*. They also demonstrated projects including Text-to-Voice and Voice-to-Text Converters. The workshop concluded with an internship opportunity announcement, motivating students to enhance their AI skills and gain industry experience.
