T.J.S. Engineering College (TJSEC)
The T.J. Sivananda Mudaliar Educational Trust was registered on 11th July 2007 under the Registration of Trust Act 1882 with Trust No 2608/07 & 1530/08. The registered office of the Trust is situated at 175, T.J.S Building, G.N.T Road, Kavaraipettai, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu – 601206.
The Chairman of the trust was “Kalvineri Kavalar”, Shri.T.J.Govindarajan, BA, MLA, Gummudipoondi Constituency, Tamil Nadu, a great philanthropist with a vision to extend technical education to rural students. His motto at T.J.S.E.C – “Building a better nation through quality education”
His foresight, pioneering effort, leadership, and quest for promoting technical education led to the establishment of the T.J.S. Engineering College (TJSEC) in Peruvoyal, Near Kavaraipettai, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Tiruvallur District, in 2009.
