We are privileged to share that T.J.S. Engineering College conducted a Faculty Development Programme on “Break Barriers and Face Challenges” on 06.12.2025 at the TJSEC Placement Hall.
Dr. K. Mathuramani, Assistant Professor, Department of English, Arulmigu Kapaaleswar Arts and Science College was the Guest Speaker for this FDP.
The session was truly inspiring and informative. She emphasized effective approaches to engage students in the classroom and guided the participants on helping students to overcome communication barriers in the current educational scenario. The interactive activities encouraged teachers to participate actively and reflect on their teaching practices.
